Abstraksi:Abstract The authors describe a method to promote collaborative problem solving in organizations that is based on the Adierian principles of belonging and social interest. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® framework is discussed as a tool used to enhance awareness and understanding of self and others leading to mutual respect and cooperation. A problem-solving model is illustrated with examples that demonstrate the encouragement of individual expression, including the respectful consideration of different points of view, which can then be incorporated into a solution for the good of the whole.
