| Abstraksi | : | The aufhors provide a review of d research-based school counselor intervention program. Student Success Skills (SSSl, influenced by Individual Psychology. Research SLipporlinp the development of the program's large-group and small-group interventions is outlined. The results oí four randomized comparison group studies in which treatment group students significantly outperformed comparison grouf) students on standardized measures of achievement are shared. Improved iiehavior outcomes are also reported for students who participated in the SSS intervention. Selected SSS concepts and strategies are described along with their parallel to Individual Psychology principles and conslrucls. |
