Abstraksi:Abstract The purpose of this research project was to explore lifestyle attributes as predictors of career adaptability among a sample of rural high school students, most of whom were African American. Two variables demonstrated statistical significance in predicting variables identified with career adaptability. These findings support the use of Individual Psychology in developing theories for career development and counseling.
