| Abstraksi | : | Creativity scores from subjects at-risk and not at-risk for eating disorders were compared to better examine the relationship between eating disorders and creativity. Subjects were screened with a Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) questionnaire to control for depression variance. Eligible and consenting participants (N=25) completed the following measures: BDI-II, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) Forms Y-1 and Y- •2, (SCANS) Questionnaire, two Alternate Uses Task (AUT) sheets, and a Pleasant Events Schedule (PES) questionairre. No relationship was found between creativity and being at risk for an eating disorder, although some of the relationships were in the predicted direction. |
