| Abstraksi | : | Abstract Conflict is an inevitable part of relationships at work, but there is insufficient research on how a person's lifestyle interfaces with conflict resolution strategies at work. The purpose of the stuciy was to investigate the relationship of lifestyle attributes and conflict resolution strategies among a Lithuanian sample of 182 members of a manufacturing organization. The two inventories used to measure lifestyle and conflict styles were the BASIS-A Inventory and the Dutch Test for Conflict Handling (DUTCH), Findings revealed relatiçnships between some lifestyle attributes and some conflict resolution strategies. Implications, limitations, and future research are discussed. |
