Abstraksi:Abstract Career researchers posit thai career adaptability is emerging as an important construct for 21st-century career counseling. Data suggest that career transition is becoming the expected trajectory of workers in this new work paradigm. With the advent of numerous career transitions over the life course, stress coping and personality attributes have become important areas for understanding how people adapt. The purpose of this study was to combine personality attributes, stress coping resources, and attitudes tovkiard career transition using canonical correlation analysis to arrive at dimensions for further study. Three interpretable dimensions came from the data. Descriptions of the new dimensions are provided, and implications for career counseling are discussed.
